In this article, you will learn everything you need to know before joining any Paid to Click (PTC) website. The information I share is my opinion gained from my experience and should not be taken as legal advice. You may agree or disagree with the information, but, I did my best to explain everything as clearly as possible. If you have any questions, you can contact me anytime.
Let’s get right to it…
The first thing you need to know is:
1. You WILL NOT get rich from Paid to Click websites
If someone tells you that you will get rich from clicking at Paid to Click websites, they lied to you. You may be able to earn a few dollars a day, but you will not get rich. Clicking at 1 PTC website will only earn you a few cents a day. Clicking at 20 PTC websites may earn you a dollar or more a day, but that is a lot of work. You need Direct Referrals or Rented Referrals to potentially earn you extra money. Direct Referrals are gained from advertising your referral links and Rented Referrals are purchased from a PTC website. You rent them for a specific number of days and they potentially earn you money.
2. Paid to Click websites are a BUSINESS trying to make a PROFIT
If a PTC website is not making a profit, it will fail. It is as simple as that. They need to be earning more than they are paying to their members. If you are earning $10 a day from a PTC website, that money has to come from somewhere.
PTC websites make money a few different ways:
- selling advertising
- commissions from promoting other types of websites
- commissions from having tasks from other websites for their members to complete
- selling rented referrals
- selling account upgrades
3. You need a good computer and reliable internet
This is stating the obvious, but if you do not have a good computer and reliable internet, you will not be able to click everyday and earn from your referrals. Most websites require you to click a specific amount of advertisements daily to earn from your direct and rented referrals.
4. You need a Bank Account
Paid to Click websites will use online payment processors, but when you want to spend that money, you need a bank account. Most payment processors require you to link your bank account to them before you are verified to help prevent fraud.
5. You need an online Payment Processor
Payment processors allow you to easily and securely make purchases online. ALL PTC websites use payment processors, and you must have one in order to get paid. Most PTC websites will use at least 1 or more payment processors. These may or may not include PayPal, Payza, SolidTrustPay, Neteller, Skrill, Payeer, Paytoo and even Bitcoin.
You need to have at least 1 verified before joining any PTC website.
6. You need an Antivirus software
No one else will tell you this, but you need antivirus software that is high-quality. You really need a paid antivirus software to ensure your information is safe, and block harmful websites and viruses. I use and recommend Panda Antivirus Pro. They offer a free version and a paid version. It is best to have antivirus protection before you get a virus and ruin your computer.
7. Turn Ad block off
If you have downloaded and use any kind of Advertising blocking software, deactivate or delete it before clicking at any PTC website. Most PTC websites will be affected by it, and they usually will not work correctly. You will have problems viewing the advertisements.
8. You must have Time and Patience
Ah yes, you will need PLENTY of time and patience when dealing with Paid to Click websites. When you are new and trying to earn
money from PTC websites, you may end up making a few mistakes and joining some bad PTC websites. That is part of your journey. “You learn from your mistakes.”
9. Never have 2 accounts at one PTC website
Almost all PTC websites will have this stated in their Terms of Service. This prevents you from referring yourself and earning more than you should.
For example, Neobux’s Terms of Service states, “You can only have one account. Any attempt to create more than one account will lead to the termination of all of them”
10. Have an extra income
Another thing most people will probably not tell you. You need to have some sort of extra income to advertise your referral links in
hopes of recruit Direct Referrals and/or purchase Rented Referrals which may earn you money. It is possible to earn money from only clicking and sharing your referral links with your friends, without having to spend any money. It may take longer, but it’s possible.
11. ALWAYS pay your Taxes
Another thing I never hear anyone tell new people who are beginning their journey with Paid to Click websites or making money online in general. Depending on your country, you MUST pay taxes on money earned from PTC websites. Do your own research and find out how much you will have to pay in your country for your self-employment income.
That is everything I can think of that you may need to get started clicking and earning from Paid to Click websites. It is a lot to know, do, and have but, that’s just the way it is.
One last thing I want to share with you. Don’t give up. I know it can be stressful not earning a lot, but you just have to try and try harder. Nothing in life is easy.
